Payment Policy

Listed services are charged in IDR through the secure Midtrans Snap checkout displayed on shaakiriy.com after the merchant account is activated. Individually scoped services may instead use the company bank details or HTTPS payment instructions shown in the signed agreement or numbered invoice.

• Any other currency displayed in the catalogue is a reference only; the online checkout total and charge are in IDR.
• Only payment methods enabled for this merchant by Midtrans are presented to the customer.
• Cash, cryptocurrency, mining proceeds, gift cards and transfers to an employee's or agent's personal account are not accepted.

Verify the legal name, proposal and invoice numbers, service description, amount, currency, due date and beneficiary. A bank or provider may apply KYC, sanctions, fraud, source-of-funds, transaction-limit or geographic checks and may delay or refuse a payment.

Shaakiriy.com does not receive or store your full card number, expiry date, CVV or online-banking password. Payment credentials are entered only in the secured Midtrans Snap interface or the relevant regulated provider interface. Never send a one-time password to our staff.

A payment is complete only after the provider or receiving bank confirms settled funds. Bank, provider and foreign-exchange fees are allocated as stated in the invoice. If a payment is duplicated, has the wrong reference or remains pending, contact us with the invoice number and bank receipt; do not send card credentials.

We may pause fulfilment, request identification or source-of-funds evidence, reject a mismatched payer, or return funds to the original source where a transaction creates a legal, fraud or compliance concern. We do not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every client or country.
